Terry Walkerly has been a Filta franchisee for 16 years. In the last year, he expanded from Northern Ohio to Pittsburgh and plans to double his revenue in the next three years. With the addition of FiltaClean to his service line, he exceeded $8 million in revenue in 2022.
40 Vans and 50 Employees
Walkerly opened his franchise in Cleveland in 2007 with a single van. Today, his fleet of 40 vans and team of 50 employees serve more than 600 clients. His territory extends from Cleveland to Akron, Toledo, and Youngstown. In the last year, he expanded to Pittsburgh. Key clients include Great Lakes Brewing Company, Savour Hospitality Group, Barrio Tacos, Cleveland Metroparks, Toledo Zoo, Carnegie Mellon University, and multiple Whole Foods Market locations.
Doubling Growth by 2027
Terry plans measured yet aggressive growth as he described in a recent press release.
“By expanding into Pittsburgh and adding FiltaClean, our new deep cleaning service, we will organically double our revenue in the next three years. We will continue to look for expansion opportunities within a three-to-five-hour radius from our locations.”
